How buying works
These homes are sold as personal property, not real estate. You buy the home itself, then set it on land you own, family land, or a park that accepts it. We'll walk you through which option fits.
Delivery and setup
Transport, blocking, anchoring and utility hookups are handled by licensed installers. Some homes include delivery in the price; others are priced off the lot. Each listing says which.
